Local Radius Rule: 50 miles (10% bill rate reduction applies to local candidates) Assignment Details: NBO: 16 hours EMR: EPIC Pay & Differentials: OT / Holiday: 1.15x multiplier Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with a 2-hour minimum On Call: $9/hour Charge / Precept: $6/hour Billable Overtime: 36–40 hrs/week: OT billable after 40 hours 48 hrs/week: OT billable after 48 hours
