We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our team and help clients achieve their goals through compassionate, professional care.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct initial intake sessions and recommend appropriate care and treatment plans.
• Deliver exceptional individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' strengths and needs.
• Utilize the DSM to assess and diagnose effectively.
• Assess clients for risks, including suicide or self-harm, and address them with sensitivity and expertise.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide well-rounded support for clients.
• Stay current in the field by participating in workshops, training, and professional development.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Actively engage in team meetings, networking efforts, and community outreach to support the organization's mission and values.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: A master's degree and active licensure in mental health counseling or social work in the state where the clinic is located.
• Experience: At least one year of mental health counseling experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Mindset: Flexibility, initiative, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to upholding ethical and professional standards.
