- Coordinate loan transactions by collaborating with borrowers, the Commercial Team, and vendor partners, and assemble the needed information for loan analysis.
- Coordinate with appraisers, title companies, and settlement agencies to help facilitate loan closings.
- Conduct essential research related to items such as taxes and insurance.
- Prepare closing loan documents and ensure accurate data transfer into key systems.
- Maintain organized loan files through scanning and indexing into our documentation management software.
- Research and identify solutions to aid the Credit Union in risk management.
- Verify that all post-closing functions are executed accurately and in a timely manner, enhancing the efficiency of our loan processing operations.
- Solid understanding of basic financial documents, including balance sheets, income statements, and personal and business tax returns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for effectively managing tasks and documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with borrowers, team members, and vendor partners throughout the loan process.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills for managing loan files and ensuring documentation is accurately processed and stored.
- Proactive problem-solving approach to identify and implement risk management solutions in a fast-paced environment.
