Key Responsibilities
- Defining the overall test strategy for the project, in partnership with design and other test leads
- Definition, tracking and organization of the test schedule and activities
- Overseeing the test budget
- Defining and oversight of the overall test schedule
- Close collaboration with internal & external stakeholders as well as 3rd parties
- Providing project test status and test documentation
- Able to work efficiently under the pressure of tight deadlines on high visibility assignments
- 5‑10% travel to manufacturing facilities and/or customer sites
- Willing to occasionally work non‑standard hours to address critical business issues or to accommodate team members in other time zones
- Follow strictly the safety rules
- Contribute to lab safety improvement
- Improve internal rules, test methodology and procedures
- Get involved in lab development including equipment commissioning
- Contribute to lab quality and efficiency improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Familiar with Electrical/Electronic measurement
- Basic programming in Lab View/PLC/C/C++
- Agile project methodology
