Senior Electromechanical Test Technician

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Electromechanical Test Technician and be at the forefront of quality assurance in technology! We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This position is based full-time in Cedar Rapids, IA. What will you do:
Conduct electromechanical and electrotechnology tests following established processes and methodologies Analyze test results and make critical pass/fail determinations for dedicated test scenarios Participate in test means modifications and improvements to enhance testing efficiency Document comprehensive testing procedures and results while ensuring compliance with industry standards Contribute to the automation and improvement of test methodologies

Education Requirements:

Associate's Degree or higher in a related technical field Expertise:
Safe operation of basic laboratory hand and power tools. Safe operation of basic laboratory measurement and test equipment. Ability to anticipate test results, recognize nonconformance and instrumentation anomalies Strong understanding of product components, materials and their applications. Operation of Microsoft Office Suite applications. Strong working knowledge of DC and AC electricity concepts (voltage, current, power, resistance, etc.). Strong knowledge of key certification standards.

Understand the operation, application and performance requirements of key products Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, etc. Ability to work independently or in teams. Behavioral
