We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer to support critical infrastructure for a hyperscale data center project. This role focuses on installation, troubleshooting, and field-based solutions rather than design engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mission-critical environments such as hyperscale data centers or oil & gas facilities, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency for large-scale mechanical systems.

• Interpret and analyze mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and controls schematics and diagrams.
• Oversee installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of mechanical systems in the field.
• Collaborate with internal design teams and the Engineer of Record (EOR) to ensure alignment between design intent and field execution.
• Work hands-on with mechanical systems including:
  • Cooling water systems
  • Process water systems
  • Water towers
  • Mechanical cooling plants
  • Process piping integrated into data hall infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards throughout all phases of construction and commissioning.

• 15+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in construction or field environments.
• Hyperscale data center or mission-critical background (oil & gas, power plant, etc.).
• Expertise in mechanical systems:
  piping, sheet metal, cooling towers, ducts, chillers
  .
• Strong construction background with hands-on field experience.
• Proficiency with BIM 360 or similar construction management software.
