** Reliability Engineer - Workstream Subject Matter Expert (SME)
** to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA,  part of a

** Where You’ll Make a Difference
*** Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Maintenance and Reliability across multiple manufacturing sites.
* Lead implementation of key reliability work streams, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) loss analysis, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA+), Preventive Maintenance Optimization (PMO), Predictive Maintenance, and Work Management processes.
* Develop and train site-level SMEs in the use of reliability methodologies and tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Site Reliability Engineers, Maintenance Leaders, Data Analysts, and Manufacturing Technology Engineers.
* Drive a reliability-focused mindset and culture throughout the organization.
* Ensure alignment with project timelines and execution of diagnostics and reliability methodology.
* Support compliance with Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP) and internal standards.
** What Makes You the Right Fit
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, reliability, production processes, or manufacturing technology.
* Working knowledge of equipment failure modes and RAGAGEP standards.
* Familiarity with Systems Applications and Products (SAP) Plant Maintenance and Meridium software (preferred).
* Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
* Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Certified Reliability Professional (CRP) from the Society of Maintenance & Reliability Professionals.
* Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
* Experience leading reliability initiatives in a global manufacturing environment.
