- Perform analysis, architecture, and design at all levels of the system product.
- Conduct functional analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
- Provide analysis for decomposition of customer specifications into subsystem and component requirements, and develop verification criteria and plans.
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability analyses for total system solutions.
- Execute daily tasks in a classified and controlled laboratory environment.
- Systems Engineering requirements, integration, validation, and verification skills.
- Mentorship opportunities to grow your experience as a Systems Engineer.
- Experience working with radio subject matter experts, security and crypto certification specialists, and cross‑functional product teams.
- Exposure to security‑hardened product development in an evolving field.
- Degree in STEM or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Active, transferable secret security clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience with systems development process, including requirements capture, design, decomposition, integration, and verification/validation.
- Experience communicating with program stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as DOORS, CAMEO, or similar; familiarity with Rust and Python.
- Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering.
