A leading energy consulting firm in Cedar Rapids is seeking an Energy Efficiency Outreach Specialist. This role focuses on building relationships with facility managers and utility partners to drive participation in energy efficiency programs. A base salary of $85,000 – $100,000 is offered along with performance incentives.
