Locum Neonatologist – Level III NICU | Up to $3,000/24-hr Shift | Iowa

We’re seeking a  Board-Certified / BE Neonatologist  for ongoing  locum coverage  in a  Level III NICU  with a supportive, family-centered care model.

✨ Highlights

Up to 16 shifts/month

24-hour shifts  (8 hours patient contact + call)

Level III NICU  | 10 beds (avg census ~6; flex to 12)

Inpatient only  | No APP supervision

Neonates ≥28 weeks  (younger stabilized & transferred)

BC/BE Neonatology (fellowship trained)

Active  IA license or IMLC (LOQ at submission)

Clean malpractice/background + recent NPDB
