We’re seeking an experienced  Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT)  for a  locum tenens opportunity in Waterloo, Iowa  starting  August 18, 2025 . Enjoy premium compensation, a flexible schedule, and full support—plus complimentary  travel, lodging, and malpractice coverage.

Position Overview:

Schedule:

Minimum 2 weeks/month

Clinic:
Mon–Thu 8a–5p, Fri 8a–3p

OR/Procedure Days:
Fridays

Call:  24/7 coverage ideal for 2 back-to-back weeks

Setting:  Outpatient clinic + inpatient call at local medical center

Job

Duties Include:

Full-spectrum ENT care, including:

Ear cleaning, biopsies, nasopharyngeal scopes, direct laryngoscopies, post-op care

Basic ENT surgeries (e.g., tubes & tonsils)

15–25 clinic patients/day

3 exam rooms + procedure rooms per provider

2:1 nursing and ancillary staff support

EPIC EMR

Compensation & Perks:

Pay Rate:  $350/hr

Call Coverage + Callback Rates

24-hour call option available

All travel and lodging included

Comprehensive malpractice provided

✅  Requirements:

Board Certified in Otolaryngology

Fellowship-trained ENT

Active IA License or IMLC with LOQ

5+ years' experience preferred

Must be available starting  August 18, 2025  for  at least 2 weeks/month
