Cardiothoracic Surgeon Locums in Iowa - Weekend Only Coverage
Cardiothoracic Surgery call coverage in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with low volume and weekend flexibility.
Highlights
- 1 to 2 weekends per month - full and half weekends available
- Light call volume - 2 to 6 cases per weekend
- Credentialing in 30 to 60 days
Practice Setting
- Inpatient Level 3 facility
- Adult-only patient population
- Charting in Epic
- Supportive, responsive team
Schedule
- Friday 5pm to Monday 5am
- Holiday weekends especially needed
- Vacation coverage also available
Cases and Procedures
- Full-scope cardiothoracic and cardiovascular surgery
- Includes pacemaker insertions and open heart procedures
Requirements
- Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
- Active Iowa license or IMLC eligibility
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA
