We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Account Support team!No two days are the same for this role. As an Account Support Advisor, you are responsible for managing a variety of incoming interactions to assist our customer base, including end‑user interactions, collections, and customer relations within granted authority levels. Inbound inquiries may involve invoicing, taxation, agreement terms, updating account information, and payment terms. The Advisor actively participates in achieving team and company goals and is responsible for payment processing, transfers & assumptions, and explaining end‑of‑term options.
You will respond accurately to inquiries, complaints, and requests while maintaining a personable approach and handling each type of customer in a timely manner. Creativity and innovative thinking are encouraged to provide mutually beneficial solutions. All Account Support Advisors must follow and adhere to the Great America Principles and Great America Experience Standards.
- Handle inbound customer service interactions with the goal of one‑call resolution
- Provide professional oral and written correspondence with all internal and external customers, and cross‑functional positions
- Use a consultative approach to identify appropriate solutions
- Understand the various types of agreements and the end‑of‑term process for each
- Consistently meet or exceed daily core responsibilities
- Complete basic team tasks
- Abide by account security procedures for all interactions
- Communicate effectively with fellow ASA’s to coordinate workflow and coverage needs
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Salesforce experience desired
- Detail oriented, ability to multi‑task, decision making, collection skills, cross training, time management, accountability
- High level of written and verbal communication skills & customer oriented, complaint resolution, resolution of mathematical errors
