The Service Center Greeter welcomes customers, assists with check‑in and scheduling appointments, verifies required documents, processes select applications, answers general questions, and supports additional tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.

The Cedar Rapids Driver's License Service Center Greeter plays a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for all visitors. This position is responsible for greeting customers upon arrival, assisting with check‑in for scheduled appointments, and coordinating same‑day or future appointments as needed. The role ensures that customers have all the required documentation for their visit and provides guidance throughout the process.
