Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Full-Time | Monday-Saturday

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist customers in the service lane with professionalism and care
• Guide customers through the service process with clear communication and concierge-level support
• Write and manage repair orders while coordinating workflow with technicians
• Present and sell recommended services and maintenance options
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout their service visit
• Help ensure a smooth, organized, and productive service department

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vehicles and clients simultaneously
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment background check

Physical & Work Environment

• Work performed at a desk and in the service lane
• Moderate noise level consistent with a dealership environment
• Frequent movement throughout the dealership
• Occasionally lift or move objects up to 20 pounds
• Regular use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
• Clear communication required with customers and team members
