Position Title: Service and Sales Representative

Wage: $20/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide customer service by greeting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through available services
• Prepare accurate powder coating quotes using measurements, pricing guidelines, and customer specifications
• Calculate square footage and other basic measurements needed for pricing
• Enter and manage customer orders in internal systems
• Maintain accurate records and assist with general office tasks as needed
• Communicate lead times, pricing, and updates clearly with customers
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are accurately documented
• Assist customers with motorcycle and car parts when identifying or discussing coating needs
• Uphold strong attention to detail and mechanical common sense in all customer interactions and quoting tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Preferred working knowledge of one or more:
  Excel, Quick Books, Access Database
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate square footage
• Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to understand parts, processes, and customer needs
• Helpful knowledge of motorcycle and car parts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Preferred prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, powder coating, automotive, or related industries is a plus
• Preferred strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
