PCI is seeking an entry‑level hourly Project Assistant for its PCI Kansas City operations based in Cedar Rapids, IA.

• Inputting project information into Excel and Bluebeam
• Create and manage punch lists
• Assist with the preparation RFI's and submittals
• Assist with managing labor control on the project
• Assist in the preparation of quantity take‑offs for material ordering
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation and correspondence
• Track and cost‑value material handling

• Currently enrolled student or graduate of the following:
  Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or comparable degree
• Work authorization

• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• A clear understanding of how to read and understand specifications and drawings
• Oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to learn new job skills by engaging in the technical aspects of the job and applying new skills as they are taught
• Customer service skills
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask

• Experience with Interior Wall Systems and working towards college degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft, Bluebeam, and Procore
