Responsibilities

Lead and manage the construction of large‑scale data center projects, ensuring that all aspects of the work are carried out to the highest quality standards.

Develop and implement project plans and schedules, closely monitoring progress to ensure timely and cost‑effective completion.

Collaborate with the pre‑construction team to prepare comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for each project.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all purchases align with project budgets and schedules.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Resolve any project‑related issues or disputes, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome.

Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management, providing accurate and timely information on project status and forecasts.

Continuously monitor industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in our construction processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction of data centers.

Proven experience in pre‑construction and estimating, with a strong ability to accurately forecast project costs and timelines.

Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best performance.

Strong problem‑solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to effectively manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore or similar.

A strong commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of industry regulations and standards.

Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar would be an advantage.
