Key Responsibilities- Tool & Process Optimization:
Lead initiatives to standardize tools and dashboards, enhance usability of Smartsheet and SharePoint, conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, develop and implement process improvement strategies, create and maintain detailed documentation, ensure all process changes are documented and communicated. - Program Management:
Deliver COE overviews and presentations to leadership and new hires, deliver trainings, lead process improvement projects, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, report progress and outcomes to KPIs, analyze data and create custom reports, provide senior management reporting. - Collaboration & Enablement:
Foster partnerships across teams, mentor and empower team members, champion methodology and innovation, provide training and support on new processes. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
Drive adoption of new tools, develop training materials, conduct workshops, identify automation opportunities, support knowledge base creation, support standardization and continuous improvement efforts. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, ensure alignment with goals, act as liaison between CoE and other departments.
- Strong project management, organizational and analytical expertise.
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, SharePoint, and digital collaboration tools preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex initiatives.
- Strong commitment to process improvement and innovation.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $115,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $95,200 - $135,700. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental and vision coverage.
