Fiberutilities Group (FG) is actively hiring a Business Analyst to join its team. This hybrid role requires 1 day per week in office in Cedar Rapids, IA.

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for working across clients, carriers, TEMs, and internal teams to translate business needs into clear, implementable requirements for FG's platforms.

Job Duties:

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for carrier management, TEM/provider integrations, and HCF workflows, including order, contract, billing, and inventory processes

• Analyze and document end-to-end carrier order workflows

• Define and refine business rules for telecom inventory management

• Partner with data integration and engineering teams to map carrier, TEM, and other provider data

• Define business logic for billing analysis and validation

• Work with internal stakeholders to define standard and ad hoc reporting requirements

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or similar role in a telecom, IT, or data-driven environment

• Experience with telecom carrier processes preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred
