Job DescriptionThis role supports the Field Operations team by serving as the on-site administrative and quality support under the direction of the Site Superintendent. You’ll be responsible for coordinating materials, tools, logistics, and reporting that directly impact site efficiency and crew productivity. Success in this role means streamlined site operations, maintained accountability across equipment and documentation, and consistent support of the field team — all while upholding KE’s commitment to Safety, People, Passion, and Performance.

- Oversee and accept deliveries on-site, ensuring materials and equipment are properly offloaded and stored
- Maintain accurate tracking and accountability for site materials; report any shortfalls to Site Superintendent and Project Management
- Coordinate with crew and foremen to identify and fulfill tool needs; elevate non-standard requests appropriately
- Populate crew timecards in Traqspera using correct phase codes
- Submit daily logs in Procore, including production updates, quality assurance checks, and photos
- Support the implementation of quality control and safety procedures in alignment with KE standards
- Experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Knowledge of electrical construction practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 100%) across regional states, including overnight stays for extended periods if needed
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour plus travel compensation and applicable incentives

- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time
- Must be capable of working in extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Must be physically capable of digging and back filling manually
- Must be physically able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs.
