In this role, you'll be a key player in maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting processes. Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform accounting functions including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

+ Assist with financial reporting tasks and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Analyze financial statements and provide insights into discrepancies and variances.

+ Collaborate with the team to maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial documentation.

+ Support payroll and billing processes as needed.

+ Provide assistance during audits and prepare necessary documentation for external reporting.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

+ 2+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role (contract experience is a plus).

+ Proficiency in accounting software and systems

+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
