Pay Range: $18.00 per hour plus unlimited bonus

We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative to join our event marketing and lead generation team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work inside high-traffic retail locations, greeting shoppers, starting conversations, and collecting contact information from homeowners interested in a free in-home estimate for garage door upgrades.

• Engage shoppers in a friendly, professional manner
• Start casual conversations and qualify homeowner interest
• Collect names and contact details for free in-home estimates
• Submit leads accurately via iPad or paper form
• Represent our brand and create a positive first impression

• Outgoing personality; comfortable speaking with strangers
• Ability to stand and interact for 4–8 hours per shift
• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Weekend availability required (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, event marketing, or brand ambassador roles is a plus (but not required)

• Work inside climate-controlled, high-traffic retail environments
• No hard selling – just friendly conversations
• Flexible schedule
• Regular bending, lifting, etc. while assisting with operations.

• $18.00 per hour plus unlimited bonus
