This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.

The Sales Associate ensures quality eye care and eyewear experiences for every patient and customer in every Lens Crafters. The role establishes Lens Crafters as the premier destination for vision needs in the community.

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements, helping customers choose the perfect vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering professional relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
• Maintain store appearance and displays, keeping them clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi‑task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Employee pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may be offered, complementing a first‑class total rewards package.
