Lids - - Responsibilities:
Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up.;
Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.;
Lead customer experience and achieve KPIs, sales targets, and deliver exceptional service.;
Maintain store operations including cash handling, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising.
