Provide a high level of customer service and assist customers with questions and special orders;
Receive, store, and grind meats; unload and transport fresh, cured, and boxed meats; count and weigh incoming articles and rotate meats to avoid aging;
Maintain product knowledge and direct customers to product locations; work in a fast-paced environment;
Follow the Meat Department's procedural guidelines and adhere to safety, health, weights and measures regulations;
Perform general housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of the department; operate equipment safely (knives, band saw, grinder)
