Merchandising Sales Associate

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, with flexibility as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, store measurements, inventory counts, price changes, and signage hanging accurately and timely.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
• Ensure customers have a distinguished shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in retail or merchandising is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding.

• Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.

• Indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots with hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move and transfer up to 50 pounds, operate equipment, and perform physical activities like standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry.
