Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the health-care organization.

• Care Planning:
  Implement and track customized patient care plans.
• Patient Monitoring:
  Record and communicate real-time condition changes.
• Care Coordination:
  Lead multidisciplinary teams to streamline patient outcomes.
• Order Execution:
  Precisely execute physician and nursing directives.
• Discharge Strategy:
  Coordinate seamless transitions and discharge planning.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred.
• Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
