Aquatics Operations Leader | Pools, Programs & Safety

A municipal city government in Cedar Park is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to provide leadership and oversight of aquatic facilities. In this role, you will ensure the safety and efficient operation of multiple pools and supervise seasonal staff. You will be responsible for coordinating programs, maintaining facility standards, and managing budgetary responsibilities. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and three years of experience in aquatics operations.

Certifications in lifeguarding and facility management are preferred.
