Overview

San Laurent Law Group is an immigration law firm looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to grow into a Legal Assistant position over time.

We have a laid-back, supportive team environment—but we take our work seriously and expect excellent client service.

Bilingual Requirement

Fluent or native-level English and Spanish (required)

You must be comfortable speaking and writing in both languages daily.

• Answer incoming calls and respond professionally (English & Spanish)
• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Manage attorney and office calendars
• Maintain accurate client notes and records
• Assist with client communication, follow-ups, and correspondence
• Help with basic office/admin tasks and case organization as needed

• Strong communication skills and a warm, confident phone presence
• Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office
• Professional, respectful, and comfortable working with sensitive topics
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, documents, scanning, etc.)
• Immigration law experience is a plus (but not required)
