Pay Range: $57, annually (Plus Incentive Opportunity)
Spanish–English bilingual candidates may qualify for a bilingual pay differential and a $1,000 hiring bonus after six months of continuous employment.

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will attract and engage talent through inclusive recruiting practices and strong community connections, helping build the Cedar Park team from the ground up.
This role will be primarily on‑site during the initial store opening, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once the location is established.

NFM Recruiters are often the first contact new members of the NFM Family have before they begin their career. Our Recruiters screen, interview and partner with NFM Managers to match the right candidate to the right position. Relationship building and networking skills, internally and outside of NFM, are a must-have.

Build relationships inside and outside of NFM to ensure NFM has a deep talent bench and a pipeline of potential new family members - Collaborate:

Qualifications:Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years professional-level human resources experience that included recruiting, interviewing and making hiring decisions strongly preferred
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ability to maintain confidential information
- HRIS and database experience preferred
- Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
