Development Specialist - Training and Development

Pay Range: $64, annually

This role will be primarily on‑site during the initial store opening, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once the location is established.

As NFM’s Development Specialist you will grow the high potentials and future leaders for NFM through tailored programs for different groups of key/high potential employees. Assist in building the network of internal and external coaches and mentors. You will also engage high potentials in mentoring relationships.

• Monitor Oversee the creation of development plans for high potential, high achiever, and the talent watch population at NFM
• Manage Facilitate training programs, including, but not limited to, new hire orientation, new hire training, sales training, safety training, software training, warehouse training, skills development programs, policy‑specific training, etc
• Plan Implement activities and or training designed to meet organizational needs
• Assist Consult and assist high potential staff with executing development plans
• Collaborate Cooperates with the HR Business Partners and top managers

• Bachelor’s degree, college coursework in business, related area or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years Human Resources, training and/or development experience
• Ability to travel as needed
• Experience with internet software, spreadsheet software and word processing software
