🎈 Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location:
Little Land Pediatric Therapy – Cedar Park, TX
Do you believe play is powerful? Are you passionate about helping kids achieve big milestones through tiny victories? If you’re a COTA who brings both skill and heart to the therapy room, we want you on our team!
At Little Land Pediatric Therapy
, we help kids move, grow, and thrive through fun, functional, and family-centered occupational therapy services. Our clinic is bright, buzzing with energy, and filled with creative tools (and people!) designed to help children build independence through play. We’re looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who’s ready to jump in, collaborate, and make a difference—one high five at a time.
You’ll Be Doing
As a COTA at Little Land, you’ll support our pediatric OTs in delivering meaningful therapy through creative and engaging sessions. Every day is different—but always rewarding.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
- Use playful, purposeful activities to support kiddos in reaching goals related to fine and gross motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, handwriting, feeding, and more.
- Be a cheerleader, problem solver, and steady presence in your clients’ therapeutic journey.
- Collaborate closely with therapists, parents, and caregivers to carry over progress at home and in daily routines.
- Track progress, document sessions, and contribute insights that help shape ongoing treatment plans.
- Join in team meetings, in-service trainings, and learning opportunities—because we believe growth is for everyone.
- Keep the therapy space organized, welcoming, and ready for fun!
You love working with kids, think outside the box, and believe in a whole-child approach. You’re also:
- A licensed COTA in the state of Texas.
- Experienced (or highly interested) in pediatrics.
- Comfortable with sensory integration, motor development, and pediatric milestones.
- A great communicator—both with tiny humans and their grown-ups.
- Organized, flexible, and ready to pivot when a session becomes a dance party (yes, that happens here).
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with feeding strategies, but it’s not required!
- A supportive, positive, and playful work environment.
- Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Flexibility and work-life balance—we know you have a life outside the clinic.
- Opportunities for growth within a thriving pediatric therapy setting.
- A chance to be part of a local, mission-driven team that truly cares.
