Our one‑on‑one physical therapy services help bridge the gap between traditional rehabilitation and human performance. Our integrated approach joins the expertise of our Physical Therapists along with the insight of our team of Exercise Physiologists & Strength and Conditioning Specialists to ensure the whole athlete is accounted for.
Responsibilities- Evaluate & treat a wide‑variety of orthopedic and athletic patients
- Develop plans of care for your patients to ensure they meet their health, lifestyle, and/or performance goals
- Communicate with team members of other disciplines regarding treatments and interventions provided to ensure seamless care to our patients and clients
- Timely and efficient completion of patient documentation
- Willingness to contribute and participate in the brand's social media content
- Provide high level customer service and communication with athletes, families, representation, etc.
- Hygienic practice of the facility, specifically the designated physical therapy area
- Willingness to shadow and observe local physicians and surgeons to cultivate relationships within the central Texas sports medicine community
- Background/experience in motivational interviewing
- Elite communication that is continually developed
- Graduation from a Doctoral‑level Physical Therapy Program
- Experience in high‑level athletics (i.e. collegiate or professional training room)
- Preferred
Certifications:
ATC, SCS, OCS, and/or CSCS
This role is in‑person at our 6,500 sq ft facility located just north of Austin, TX in Cedar Park. This part‑time position will offer flexible schedule options, but there is a need for late afternoon/evening and weekend coverage. The goal would be to transition this part‑time role to full‑time as soon as possible.
