Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed in Texas as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent
  • Experience in providing care within a PHP or intensive outpatient setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients enrolled in the PHP program
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Facilitate psycho educational sessions focusing on mental health topics, coping skills, and relapse prevention
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to treatment planning discussions
  • Stay updated on advancements in mental health care through training and research

9:00pm-5:00pm (Tuesday through Sunday)
