Cypress Creek Pet Care is hiring a Client Service Representative!
Reports to:
Practice Manager and Lead Client Service Representative
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients in person and over the phone.
- Check in/out patients and schedule appointments.
- Process invoices and collecting payments.
- Manage the cash drawer.
- Assisting with maintaining accurate medical records.
- Provide support to team as needed.
- Veterinary experience is required.
- Required knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques.
- Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
- Experience with computers, veterinary software, and multi-line telephone system.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

We are open Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm.
