Cypress Creek Pet Care is hiring a Client Service Representative!

Reports to:

Practice Manager and Lead Client Service Representative

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and patients in person and over the phone.
  • Check in/out patients and schedule appointments.
  • Process invoices and collecting payments.
  • Manage the cash drawer.
  • Assisting with maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Provide support to team as needed.
Requirements:
  • Veterinary experience is required.
  • Required knowledge of general office practices and procedures, receptionist and telephone techniques.
  • Ability to perform clerical work with speed and accuracy.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with veterinary medical terminology and procedures.
  • Experience with computers, veterinary software, and multi-line telephone system.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
