Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $26.00/hr

Job Description
  • $500 sign‑on bonus for RBT‑certified candidates.
  • Up to $2,000 annual bonus for consistent attendance. Fully paid training program. Guaranteed 35 hours per week. Paid daily 15‑minute early arrival time.

One of the Kids is dedicated to helping families care for kids with autism and enjoy the journey. Our kids receive one‑on‑one pediatric behavioral health therapy (ABA, speech, and OT) at our award‑winning campus while enjoying various developmental activities.

We want to add a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our tight‑knit team. This position is thoroughly clinic‑based and subject to operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have qualifications as an RBT, behavioral technician, mental health technician, or ABA therapist and/or experience working in special education, childcare, or early childhood education.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • Having at least experience working in the ABA or related field

Compensation
  • Competitive compensation.
  • $500 sign‑on bonus for full‑time RBT‑certified candidates.
  • Paid training program for BT trainees.
  • $2,000 annual attendance and retention bonus (paid quarterly).

  • Apprenticeship program for BCBA/BCaBA candidates.
  • $10 weekly credit for delivered lunches.
