Key Responsibilities:
nPerforming active physiological monitoring (heart rate, rhythm, pressures, saturations) and anticipating changes during cases.nConducting patient testing/monitoring, including oxygen saturation, cardiac output, shunting, and hemodynamic calculations.nDemonstrating knowledge of procedures and proper equipment handling/asepsis.nAssisting with room setup, patient transport, and post-procedure clean-up, ensuring infection control.nPerforming post-procedure patient education regarding monitoring and catheter insertion site care.nRequired & Preferred Credentials:nBLS Provider (American Heart Association).nRegistered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credentialed from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).nAlso
