Program Description
* Support continuous improvement initiative with focus on filters process improvement and automation opportunities
* Join and support kaizen and 5S events
* Design fixtures and jigs as needed
* Provide support for Operations teams as needed
Candidate Qualifications
* Majors in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Automation
* GPA desired: 3+
* Completion of junior level courses
* Experience in Solid Works or AutoCAD
* Experience in Lean manufacturing, six sigma, or 5S
* Automation experience is a plus
