As the operational core and admissions gateway for Montessori um’s Cedar Park campus, you will manage all non‑classroom activities, coordinate campus operations, support families, and handle vendor, technology, and safety responsibilities. The role requires staying on site, working flexible hours for events, and providing short‑term coverage during staffing shortages.

• Conduct family tours and follow‑up communications to drive enrollment goals.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, resolve obstacles, and guide families toward commitment.
• Implement safety protocols and drills, record incidents, and ensure rigorous compliance.
• Manage daily operations, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and serve as the main technology point of contact.
• Organize and facilitate open houses and campus events that showcase Montessori um’s approach.
• Provide short‑term coverage during staffing shortages—basic classroom monitoring and transitions (not teaching).

• Teaching, tutoring, or delivering academic instruction.
• Creating curriculum or altering academic programs.
• Remaining at a desk all day.
• Escalating every technical problem.
• Working a strict 9‑5 schedule; some responsibilities occur after hours or weekends.

• Interest in Montessori elementary education (prior knowledge preferred, not required).
• Proven admissions or enrollment experience engaging parents and students directly.
• Strong ownership mindset with initiative to solve problems independently.
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Legal right to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Availability to work in‑person in Cedar Park, TX or willingness to relocate.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position requiring an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Compensation is $30 USD/hour, equivalent to $60,000 USD/year at 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. Payment is weekly.
