I’ve been a State Farm agent for 50 years, and I started with the company at just 22 years old, straight out of college. Outside of the office, I enjoy cooking, photography, and RV’ing, and we even welcome pets in the office because we believe work should feel comfortable and supportive. We also stay connected locally by participating in organizations and events through our area schools.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
