Pay Range: $64, annually
A new store means new opportunities-help us bring our culture and values to our new Cedar Park, Texas location by supporting our growing team. Help build the Cedar Park team from the ground up.
This role will be primarily on‑site during the initial store opening, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once the location is established.
Job Description:Your Piece of the Puzzle
As NFM’s Development Specialist you will grow the high potentials and future leaders for NFM through tailored programs for different groups of key/high potential employees. Assist in building the network of internal and external coaches and mentors. You will also engage high potentials in mentoring relationships.
Job Duties:A Day in the Life
- Monitor Oversee the creation of development plans for high potential, high achiever, and the talent watch population at NFM
- Manage Facilitate training programs, including, but not limited to, new hire orientation, new hire training, sales training, safety training, software training, warehouse training, skills development programs, policy-specific training, etc
- Plan Implement activities and or training designed to meet organizational needs
- Assist Consult and assist high potential staff with executing development plans
- Collaborate Cooperates with the HR Business Partners and top managers

Qualifications:Can You Check These Boxes?
- Bachelor’s degree, college coursework in business, related area or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years Human Resources, training and/or development experience
- Ability to travel as needed
- Experience with internet software, spreadsheet software and word processing software
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, drug screen and criminal background check
