Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Team Member located in Cedar Park, TX. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the end‑to‑end sales process. Responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer support, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored business solutions, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and relationship management
  • Experience in client communication, negotiation, and customer support
  • Solid understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and the staffing/consulting industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and meet performance objectives
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and decision‑making skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to analyze sales data
  • Experience in IT or workforce solutions industries is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
