What You ll Do- Turn calls into bookings - Guide guests to services that genuinely help them
- Sell memberships - Meet individual and team goals by showing guests the value (and earn commission)
- Educate guests - Match people with the right services and products
- Support your team - Collaborate with therapists and estheticians for seamless guest experiences
Must-Haves:
- Task-oriented - You organize, prioritize, and execute without constant direction
- Fast learner - You pick up new systems quickly and retain information
- Reliable - You show up on time, consistently, ready to work
- Leadership potential - People naturally look to you for guidance
Nice-to-Haves:
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Previous membership sales background

- Available evenings and weekends (our busiest, highest-earning times)
