As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests.
• Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

We want team members who are not only skilled but also bring a positive attitude and a desire to serve. Here are the qualifications we’re seeking:

• A positive attitude and a commitment to guest service.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic preferred, but not required.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Meet or exceed hourly goals.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

This role involves some physical demands, including:

• Occasionally lifting and/or moving over 100 pounds.
• Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Using hand tools with dexterity.
• Walking or standing for the majority of your workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigating a computer.
