Description

Are you an Accounts Payable professional looking for a stable, hands-on role with a growing company in the Aviation & Aerospace industry?

Acara Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support our client in Cedar Park, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience who enjoys working with invoices, data entry, and vendor communication.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform high-volume data entry related to purchase orders and invoices (P2P process)
  • Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices (3-way match)
  • Assist with invoice coding and routing for approval
  • Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
  • Help resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices
  • Maintain organized records of invoices and payment documentation
  • Support the accounting team with basic reporting and administrative tasks as needed
Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $25/HR

Hours:

40 hours/week.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience
  • 1-2 of experience with invoice processing and data entry
  • 1-2 years of experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a corporate or manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
