Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Part‑Time Instructor to join our team! Our After School STEM Enrichment program uses LEGO bricks to engage students across Lake, Porter, and LaPorte counties in NW Indiana. In this role, you’ll lead K-8 students through our proprietary STEM curriculum, creating a fun, welcoming learning environment that helps them reach their full potential. The perfect candidate is compassionate, creative, thrives in a fast‑paced setting, works independently, is reliable, and has a passion for teaching.
Classroom management experience is a must, as this is not an entry‑level position.

Responsibilities- Implement our curriculum to meet standards
- Foster critical thinking
- Prep by building models and reviewing materials
- Track attendance
- Offer positive guidance
- Ensure reliability for scheduled classes
- Attend staff meetings
- Document any behavioral incidents
- Prior K-12 teaching experience (preferred)
- Understanding of child development and best educational practices
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- No teaching certification required
