• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and organizing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set, maintain and make planned changes to salesfloor merchandise displays and to keep organized backroom space.
• Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Execute all federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to your business.
• Avoid hazards by using and caring for in-store and personal protective equipment; follow equipment control guidelines.
• Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) while maintaining compliance with laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks and assisting them as needed.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak times).

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes; stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of remaining calm and completing multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule, including Nights, Weekends, and Holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 34°F to
  -10°F as needed and in environments with allergens.
• Maintain mobility for the duration of shift; drive-up and carryout duties may be required.
