Safety & Compliance:
You must adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensure compliance with operational guidelines and OSHA regulations;
Quality Assurance:
Inspect products and materials to meet quality standards, follow proper procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in production, and identify and report any quality concerns;
Operational Efficiency:
Operate or learn to operate a variety of machinery including forklifts and production equipment. Monitor equipment performance, report malfunctions, and assist in setup/adjustments as well as routine maintenance of machines;
Training & Development:
Participate in periodic training sessions to enhance skills, stay updated on best practices for manufacturing operations, and apply learned skills to improve workplace productivity and efficiency;
Reporting & Maintenance:
Document operational data and report production progress, assist with troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
