Plant Operator

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operator, located in Cedar Hill, TX. The Plant Operator will oversee daily production processes, monitor equipment performance, conduct quality control checks, and perform routine machine maintenance. Responsibilities also include operating machinery efficiently, handling materials safely, and adhering to operational guidelines and safety standards.

• Experience in Plant Operations, including monitoring and optimizing production processes
• Proficiency in Quality Control practices and ensuring adherence to product standards
• Skilled in Machine Operation and basic Maintenance tasks to ensure equipment functionality
• Competence in Forklift Operation and safe material handling procedures
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional trade certifications are a plus
